This black and gold necklace has been created using the traditional Korean technique of keum boo. Sterling silver sheet is heated until the surface begins to melt creating an uneven layer. Gold foil is then burnished onto the surface and I have shaped the pendant so that it gently undulates.
Applying a patina to the silver created the black finish which looks beautiful against the gold. You can select the length of chain that you would like the pendant to hang from.
The height of the pendant is 34 mm and the width is 8 mm.
