These beautiful gemstone earrings have been created from sterling silver and moss agates.  The moss agates are set in silver and a silver teardrop with a fern pattern hangs from the base.  I have added a small amount of a patina to the teardrop to darken the surface and enhance the pattern.

 

The total length of the earrings (from the top of the ear wire) is 45 mm and the diameter of the moss agate is 8 mm.

 

These earrings would make a lovely gift for a nature lover or a gardener.
