A nature lover would love this unique gemstone necklace, it would make a wonderful gift for a birthday or anniversary.  I have handmade the setting from recycled sterling silver and a beautiful purple gemstone called a phantom quartz or a garden quartz.
 
The gemstone has been set so that it sits in a sterling silver claw setting with an open back which allows the light to shine through.  This enhances the wonderful markings in the stone which are beautiful and look like a miniature world.
 
The height of the phantom quartz is approximately 25 mm and the pendant hangs from a 16, 18 or 20 inch sterling silver snake chain although please contact me if you would prefer a different length.
