Uncurling ferns inspired this sterling silver botanical necklace, I love watching the way that they uncurl from a tight ball into a fully formed fern leaf.
 
This necklace would make such a lovely gift for a nature lover or a gardener. I have created it from sterling silver and I have set an amazonite gemstone at the top. A patina has been applied to the silver to darken it and enhance the detail of the design.
 
The necklace measures 28 x 15 mm, this includes the amazonite gemstone which measures 8 x 6 mm. The chain measures 20 inches and the necklace has been hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office. If you would prefer a different length of chain please leave me a note.
