These silver hoop earrings have been handmade from recycled sterling silver wire. A nugget of recycled silver with a botanical pattern soldered onto it hangs from the hoop and is free to move around but won't fall off when you take them out. The surface of the nugget has been slightly darkened with a patina to enhance the pattern.
 
These would make a great gift for a eco-conscious friend's birthday or for a silver wedding anniversary.
 
The diameter of the hoop is approximately 2 cm and the diameter of the nugget is 6 mm.
